Love is when you know without question that someone always has your back. I know that is true in my life, every single day of the year. We are happy here on our little ranch, living our lives with as little stress as possible, taking care of our animals, and making sure we are showing our love in some way, each and every day. And we will probably not do flowers, chocolates, an expensive dinner on this day just because it's designated as Valentine's Day. Instead, we will just be loving to one another as always.
Whatever you decide to do, I hope you feel loved and cared about....and that someone has your back!

We don't do anything either -- but I did wish him a happy valentine's day on the phone and texted him a heart picture.
We will be married 50 years in April and have always tried to be kind and loving in word and deed.
It's not about what you do on 'Hallmark holidays' as I call them, its the little every day things that are really important.
