Fountain of Beauty

There is a fountain in front of the Santa Barbara Mission.   It's very difficult to take a photo of the entire fountain because everyone is standing around for photo ops of their loved ones.  This gives you an idea of the beauty of the fountain.   But see that person walking behind?   Yep, they were like ants crawling through my photos.   *sigh*   I guess nobody advised the tourists that I would be needing lots of space that day;-)

So I tried to take advantage of the low spot and the beautiful lilypads in the pool of the fountain.   I hope you appreciate this because - Dang! - my knees do not like to be kneeling on a concrete structure for more than about one second.   But I persevered, I survived, and here's what I enjoyed.

Lpve this photo, Denise!

My knees scream at me when I kneel also... considering getting one of those kneeling pads to make kneeling a bit more comfy. Aging.... gotta love it I suppose. :-/
