A New Year, A New Photo

It's just a new profile photo for Winter.   I'm getting back into my own routine now that Erik has gone back to work and the sun is shining!!!   That means more riding time and more energy from the sun.   And a scheduled massage this weekend with my former massage therapist whom I adore!   It's time to work through some of the aches that my aging body inflicts on me.   And it's also time to spend some time de-cluttering and selling stuff.   Out with the old stuff and not bringing in new.   Simplify...it's good for the soul.

January is the best month to start rejuvenating the ol' body. Massages....aren't they the best....when you find someone you like...it's such a treat to revisit...and the 'aaaah, that was wonderful' moment when you leave. Declutter....bift it away, get rid of it!!!
