Change The Channel

How do you get through four years of a loud man's voice when you cannot stand the sound of it?   It will not go away.   After eight years of listening to a very smart man who is worth my time, it will be difficult.   I am going to miss President Obama and his very intelligent, lovely wife.   I cannot imagine how they feel, turning over the country's leadership to such an awful excuse of a person.

I totally agree with you. I can't even watch a news broadcast because I've been so upset about the whole thing.

I felt like I was going to puke for two days, but finally feeling better, especially since reading the Garrison Keillor write-up. He is right. In fact I was thinking about that last night, that the very people that voted for Trump are the ones that will be the most damaged by his presidency and the changes he makes. I don't even try to have that conversation with Republican people I know since they are simply deaf, dumb and blind. Completely uneducated. Let them choke on their own bad decision.... but as for me? I will eat cake.

I've not felt what I am feeling ever before . . .
I have voted many times.
Never have I felt such division in our country.
It leaves me feeling insecure, somewhat lost . . .
unsure, and confused . . .
I am sure my resilience will return . . . but . . ,
The bitter words, the sexual overtones, the hate, the disrespect . . .
How can anyone erase all of that, and say everything is different now . . .
I just listened to 60 minutes and I am even more confused.
I too will miss President Obama and First Lady, Michelle . . .

we all need to stay strong and positive and wait for the whiplash that will surely come and knock some sense into the voters who think he is going to help them change their lives ....
