Chicken Tones

I have wanted to contribute to Rural Thursday again, but couldn't find anything recent in my files that I wanted to share.   So back to Lightroom!!   Playing around with the different presets is a fun thing to do when you are stuck inside for a SECOND day due to wind gusts and chilly temperatures.   Ok, I know for some of you, California knows nothing of chilly temperatures.   But as I've said before, it's all relative.   And when the wind gusts all day, it's just not fun to be outside even if the sun is shining.   That is supposed to change today.   I think it's another "fill the card" kind of photo day.   Let's hope so.

In the meantime, here is another of Chicken Little, the hen who loves to pose for Chicken Mama.   She has some greens stuck on her beak but we can cover that up with editing:-)

And here she is looking straight into the camera, such a great pose for this lovely model.

The Ford models have nothing on this beautiful girl.

I and my family lived in Eureka, CA and then my husband and I lived in the Bay Area and we know California can get bone-chilling cold! Now I live in CO and it gets mighty cold here! Your pictures are beautiful of the CA coastline!

Very nice photos.

Regards and best wishes
There was a beautiful hen like this in our road this afternoon. I was so tempted to stop and take her picture, but I resisted--Instead I turned around and honked the horn at her to get her headed back home. I hope she went!
